don’t be put off that this list is for dieters- i think of the term ‘dieter’ as being something to grab the attention of the huge market of people constantly trying- and failing- to lose weight. really if we eat  healthy (instead of only sustaining ourselves on gulps of air and water then cannon balling into a giant brownie sundae on the weekend- not like i know ANYTHING about that) and eating what most people consider ‘diet food’ of fruits, whole grains, veggies, and lean proteins, then we’d all be better off. i know. better said than done.

i always like seeing healthy snack lists for ideas and this one has some interesting veggies- i don’t know if i will grab for a cup of frozen peas next time my tummy rumbles between meals, but i’ve always liked chewy kashi bars  so it’s nice that someone else is giving it a thumbs up as well:)
